Born in Stockholm.

We started Plentiful because we were tired of the noise.

Tired of supplements that promised everything and explained nothing. Tired of proprietary blends, mega-doses, and marketing built on anxiety rather than care. We wanted something simpler. Something honest.

Stockholm shaped us. The long dark winters taught us about rest, real rest, not the kind you chase with melatonin and hope. The brief, sharp summers reminded us what clarity and energy actually feel like when your body is properly supported. Living between these extremes has a way of making you take your health seriously. Not obsessively. Just intentionally.
