RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition — unused, unopened, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at andre@plentiful.health. Please note that returns must be sent to: Upplandsgatan 85A, Stockholm, Sweden.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can assess the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, and personal care products. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.
EU 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If your order was delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition — unused, unopened, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at andre@plentiful.health.
